Order Handling Time

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment. If tracking does not update immediately, your order may still be in transit.


International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, orders may be sent under DDU β€” Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

This means customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country or region.

Ofildrywβ„’ is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or additional charges requested by local authorities.


Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to help reduce delivery delays.

To request an address change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We care about your shopping experience and will help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product. After review, we may arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Packages:
If the shipping carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, Ofildrywβ„’ may send a replacement free of charge.
